What happened
Walking aling side cart pusher on left side of cart pusher getting ready to go get another round of carts. As he got near the end of the basket he pushied button on the romote before straightening the cart pusher. When the cart pusher moved forward because it was at an angle it pinned his right ankle between the bottom rack of the cart & the grey safety pole.
