What happened
IW pulled onto customer property there were no signs of dogs present so he continued towards house to execute delivery. When he was almost to the porch he heard barking and slowly backed away but the dogs ran up behind him immediately biting injured worker. Worker did attempt to use the packages to protect himself while he made his way to the van. The dogs followed him all the way back to the van and owner was not present until worker was safely locked inside the van.
