Agent was in the process of walking around the transport rack in the front of the room when they accidently struck their head on one of the netafim filters located along the front wall of the room. Filter drain valve was covered with foam but the foam fell from the drain valve when the agent walked into the equipment.

Supervisor asked the affected agent if they would like call medcore the agent declined. Supervisor then asked agent to fill out a Refusal of Medical treatment form and to provide a statement for an Intelex incident report
