Employee in to OHO to follow up regarding incident with patient that occurred at Fishermen 's Hospital ER patient exam room 1 on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] . EE [REDACTED] he was working with his team to place an NG tube on an intoxicated patient that was uncooperative and wiggling around in her retraints. EE reports that as he was securing the NG tube the patient bit down on his right fourth fingertip. EE states he immediately checked his gloves and reports no break in his gloves from the bite and states he did not see any blood from the patient on his gloves. EE states he removed his gloves and washed his hands and did notice some of his own blood underneath his right fourth nail. EE denies any additional pain from incident apart from initial bite with minor pain. EE states he reported the incident to his supervisor but did not seek medical attention. EE leader contacted OHO on [REDACTED]. OHO follow up completed. [REDACTED] Rx given. [REDACTED] offered to EE. EE states he recently rec
