Before the incident
o The employee mentioned wrist pain to his supervisor and left around [REDACTED] to go home. He mentioned that he would rest and return the next day. At that point the employee did not tell the supervisor that he got injured at work. The supervisor asked him if he twisted his forearm and he answered that he didnt know. The investigation noted that he didnt get hit against anything.

Development of the Pain: o The employee did not mention that it was a sudden pain while performing a specific movement. o Contrary to this the employee mentioned that the pain developed over time. o In our two factories this is the first time someone has mentioned wrist pain at that task.
