Before the incident
Prior to delivery the driver was delivering product to store [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). The driver arrived to the store at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. After he had brought the product into the store he was preparing to load the empty carts dough trays and dough rollers onto the trailer to return to the center. While he was preparing the empties he was putting the unoccupied dough rollers into an empty carty for ease of transpirtation. While doing this he smashed his fingers between two rollers causing the injury.
