While Pushing a stack of empty dough trays our of a trailer the dolly hit the lip of the loading dock ramp causing the TM to fall on top of the stack of trays and the Team [REDACTED] hit his knee of the edge of the dolly. after sitting on a stool that the Team [REDACTED] 's Supervisor provided him with he was offered an ice pack and first aid which he declined. Later requesting to be sent to the clinic to have the knee checked.
