Employee was walking out of the building as he just finished his shift and was walking down the steps to get to his car.
What happened
As employee was leaving they went out the employee entrance door and as they stepped onto the first step their foot slipped and they fell onto the steps below. Employee put both hands out to try and catch himself but landed hard on the steps below.
