What happened
Employee was in the staging area of the warehouse. Employee just staged a pallet when he stepped down from his jack to get a new pallet. Then my right foot twisted and I felt a pull in my right hip. It was extremely tight and it hurt to put pressure on it. I got back on my pallet jack to finish my task I built the remaining pallet (10 minutes) and then reported it to my supervisor.*Supervisor spoke up and stated that employee was hit by a car while riding his pedal bike over the weekend. Employee stated this was true statement.
