Employee was on his pallet jack going towards the breakroom and slowing down andhe hit the big yellow guard railing. I was holding onto the handle on pallet jack with one hand and pushing the power button forward while my body position was in alignment. My left food was ahead of me and my knee hit the top part of the railing. My knee and ankle got caught between railing and the pallet jack. I fell the ground! ripped my pants by the knee started bleeding.No one saw [REDACTED] said he heard it but didn 't see it.
