He was standing on the pavement with you electric [REDACTED] proceeded to turn the jack to put onto the truck while performing this task the back of the pallet [REDACTED] caught his left foot (the edge of his boot) and ran over his foot and getting stuck 3 4 of the way on covering his foot completely and was trapped. He then proceeded to reach behind him and pull the handle down which forced the power jack the rest of the way off his foot. ee was now on the ground when he pushed the button.
