walking back with [REDACTED] from the hotel house to the hospital when she tripped over a red pavestone sticking up out of the gravel walkway. This area has no lights to see she was using her phone flashlight as a light. Her right foot caught the corner of the pavestone sticking up causing her to fall forward and over on her knees hips buttocks and hands.
