Before the incident

While helping another PCA and two nurses in room 651 I experienced a lot of pain which carried onto the [REDACTED]. The patient is obese and did not want to help us out during the process. She continuously put her head into the side rails and would move her body to the point she was on top of the side rails kind of hanging off the bed. I had to use all of my body weight to stop her from going over them. During the process I started to get sharp pains in my back and chest along with feeling weak in my arms and legs. When the process was done my body got very sore within about 20 minutes and I began to feel a lot of discomfort.
