What happened

EE went into the produce cooler takings some things back opened the cooler door and she fell on the ramp between the door frame the fall took her breath away. She fell right on her back and hurt both elbows. EE did not seek medical treatment but called off the next day and on [REDACTED] EE went to the ER because she was still in pain from the fall and was not able to lift her left arm up. The immediate supervisor did not fill out an accident report because EE said she was not going to seek medical attention but after a month she is still in a lot of pain and sought medical evaluation and the [REDACTED] medical center and is currently being treated by a chirporactor.
