THE FORKLIFT WAS PARKED ON THE DOCK LEVELER SUPPORTING THE WEIGHT OF THE DOOR WHILE IT WAS BEING SERVICED THIS IS WHY THE LEVELER WAS NOT EXTENDED. THERE WAS A TRAILER PARKED IN THE DOOR.
