EE was assisting the team in preparing the roaster for a production run (stagging materials). EE stepped between stack of pallets and platform to remove herself from the PIT operators path of travel.

PIT Ride-on-jack Operator was instructed to bring up a tote of sunflower oil to roaster 1. As the PIT Operator was exiting roaster 1 (in reverse) the pallet jack contacted a metal platform that was against the wall. The injured EE was standing between this platform and a stack of empty pallets. The injured EE 's right ankle was struck and pinned between the metal platform and the pallet stacks; the EE fell onto the platform after the ankle was struck
