What happened
The team member was on the equipment to exit his trailer and noticed it would not move due to the slickness of his power wheel sliding against the edge of the dock leveler. He then stepped off the jack to adjust the steering and twisted the throttle to adjust the equipment. Once the throttle was turned the equipment pinned the team member 's left ankle against the inside of the dock causing a deep gash to the left ankle.
