[REDACTED] was loading a shipment in an OB trailer. [REDACTED] saw him and went to help. As they were loading the box on top of another skid it fell back and hit her in the head. she thought she was fine but this am she woke up in pain. she went to her PCP as she thought it may be a migraine. her doc stated it is work related and you need to go to the ER. she did call the nurse help line but after going to the ER.
