PRECAUTIONARY------Employee noticed him on the floor and went to help him up and get stable and as he got up he passed out for at least 5 seconds. employee told the OUTBOUND supervisor and they where able to sit him down in the back breakroom. We called ambulance and the police. The ambulance took him to the hospital for further testing. The problem seems to be health related.
