PRECAUTIONARY Driver was making a delivery at Life Time Fitness in [REDACTED]. When the driver parked trailer was not on level ground he set the brakes and trailer lower. Driver went to the back of the trailer to pull down the platform out and when he pull the tip of the platform did not clear the the back of the trailer and he strain his left shoulder blade.
