CUSTOMER USING FORKLIFT WAS UNLOUDING OUR TRAILER. DUE TO THE DOWN HILL SLOPE THE DOOR CREEPS DOWN. [REDACTED] WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE TRAILER TO PUSH THE DOOR BACK U AND TRIPPED ON THE DOCK PLATE. THE DOCK IS NOT FLUSH SO THE DOCK PLATE STICKS UP ABOUT 2 INCHED. HE WAS ABLE TO CATCH HIMSELF SO HE DIDNT FALL OUT OF THE TRAILER.
