What happened

Driver was completing an inside delivery. Elevator was broken and going through the front door. Stopped with the pallet at the door and then took the boxes one by one on a dolly. Felt a pain in his back. Then the customer asked him to straighten the stack and when he turned a box felt a pain that dropped him to his knees.
