While down stacking and organizing the Grocery deep freezer EE turned while holding a box of uncrustables and his right foot slipped. The floor was not wet but became slippery as the temperature rose while off stacking the freezer. Fell backwards landing on his right shoulder and lower back. Noticed pain inneck as well.
