What happened
Employee experienced pain during an abnormal landing gear behavior during arrestment. The pain was getting better within a few days with only a lingering pain so they thought taking over the counter medicine would be ok. They flew again after a few days and after that flight they started experiencing numbness in the hand. They then reported the incident to their manager and the workplace fight surgeon. They also stopped by the urgent care where they took x-rays and recommended they get scheduled for an MRI.
