Before the incident
Mechanic was pushing a maintenance stand into the hangar from outside.
What happened
Mechanic injured their ankle when their foot was caught between the jack screw pad and the hangar door tracks as the stand went over the tracks twisting their ankle. The rest of the team stopped pushing the stand and assisted releasing their foot from under the stand and door track. It was raining outside and weather may have contributed to the incident. The mechanic went to the emergency room to seek treatment. Doctor gave them 3 days rest for their injury.
