What happened
The employee hit their head while working in the engine bay. The aircraft supervisor talked to the employee to see if they were ok and recommended they go to the hospital. The employee insisted they were ok and refused medical attention. They then finished the shift with no issues. The next day the employee reported to work and supervisor again asked if they were ok from the previous nights injury. The employee again communicated they were fine and had no issue [REDACTED]. On the following day the employee called out because they were experiencing tingling in the head and went to the hospital and the doctor told them to remain at home for the day.
