EE was at Walmart #[REDACTED] MA servicing the store pulling a pallet in the backroom when he felt something twist on the inside of his left knee. He informed me at [REDACTED] that he did something to his knee and it was in pain. I asked him if he needed medical attention but he said he would be able to work through it and would get back to me if anything changed. He called back at [REDACTED] saying the pain was still there and would be able to finish his work at the account but would want to be checked out at urgent care. EE visited AFC Urgent Care to be checked out.
