What happened
EE was loading up printed dispatches into trays on a cart between the two stationary cabinets While walking between the two printers and a push cart located between two stationary cabinets. The EE didn 't realize that the corner of a vented tile located in between the two stationary cabinets was jutting out and the EE tripped on the protruding piece of vented tile resulting in injury.
