What happened
EE stated that there were two wheel rims on top of a skid which were in plastic wrap EE cut the plastic wrap to get the top wheel rim to put away. when the employee moved the wheel to put into location the box caught on the shrink wrap and caused the box tilt. The employee held onto the box and with the weight of the wheel resulted in an injury
