What happened
Employee went to the family center to do a presentation to stop the bleed. For the presentation she had to carry lots of equipment. She was crossing the basement of the parking structure. Both elevators were broken so employee took rolling backpack up the stairs. When she did so she experienced shooting pain in her left hip shoulder and back.
