Driver climbed on passengers’ side of trailer because the door flap caught on a center rack on the trailer and he couldn’t slide the curtain. He could not reach the center rack and went to the driver’s side of the trailer to see if he could reach and free the door flap from that side and slide the curtain. He stepped on a section of the rack that was about four feet off of the deck of the trailer. He lost his footing and fell about nine feet to the ground where he landed on his feet and fell to the ground.
