Rolled ankle and buckled knees in a pothole in the receiving area. In the initial days after the incident there was minimal pain. After [REDACTED] the pain progressed and did not go away. Employee did not originally go to the emergency room or urgent care but did seek advice from PCP. The doctor sent them to get an MRI; waiting MRI results.
