After [REDACTED] was finished sweeping out the trailers at the end of the night he went inside to grab a eye cleaner out of the first aid kit and went to rinse his Left eye out in the bathroom. He then found me after he was done to washing his eye to notify my about his eye being irritated. I asked him if he needed any assistance and if i could help him wash it out he said no thanks I will just have my wife wash it out at home. He clocked out and went home.
