Before the incident
[REDACTED] was dehydrated through out the day He had cramping over his body drank grape juice which upset his stomach and the IW threw up He mentioned the company offered to contact EMS the IW declined The IW had his mother pick him up from work and the IW went to an Urgent Care [REDACTED] mentioned that the UC did want to hospitalize him overnight the IW mentioned he declined the Physician ran a blood test which found he has Rhabdomyolysis
