Employee was getting patient ready to go to the gy for therapy and did not know the patient was a combative patient. When she was assisting the patient into his wheelchair the patient struck the employee with his fist to the right temple and due to the blow she hit her head on the wall. The employee then expereinced a headache fatigue and dizziness.
