What happened
Medical assistant [REDACTED] was trying to place a boot on a patient in exam room-7 and while trying to be careful with patient. [REDACTED] tried to turn and take a step her right leg caught on either the exam bed pullout or she mis stepped causing her to fall on her right knee resulting in knee pain and swelling. [REDACTED] stated that she wasn 't exactly sure what caused the trip and fall but that there was a wheelchair and exam room chairs also in the room making which made for limited space. Dr [REDACTED] was in the exam during this incident
