Pulling chains out of headache rack

EE was in [REDACTED] loading a service truck that had hit a deer for client. After loading the service truck on the slide axle trailer EE walked to their truck and opened the cabinets to pull out some chains to secure the load. As EE reached up and over to grab the chain to pull it out of the box EE felt a sharp pain in EE 's left shoulder. EE dropped the chain to the bottom of the box and had to use right hand to pull chain out and finish securing the load. After tying down load EE got back in truck and headed back to Sparks Nv. When EE got into cell service a call was made to supervisor to let them know that EE had hurt their shoulder.
