Before the incident
I make sure the wheel chair was steady and locked and I was behind the wheelchair however when the patient sat on the wheelchair it made jerky movement . Patient was ambulatory with assistance and patient was 515lbs
What happened
After that jerky movement I still continue to transport the patient going to [REDACTED] where he is being admitted . and keep transporting 2 more patients until the end of my shift.
