Assisting with restraining the patient to the BH restraint room

What happened

Teammates and myself were handling the patient into the BH seclusion room to get her in restraints. Patient was placed on the bed and limbs were attempted to be secured. I reached to secure patients right leg and patient kicked across with her left leg catching me on my right cheek jaw area and it sent me backwards. {NECK STRAIN - TA}
