Was giving report to the BH Unit when the patient came into the office.

What happened

Patient came into the office and was told she is not allowed in this area. She smiled and said I just want to see this. She then grabbed my spot badge and ran to the door to try and scan out. When she was unable to get out she started pushing buttons on the spot badge and then got mad and came back into the office attempting to get our employee badges. When she was unable to get my badge because I had it in my pants pocket she pushed past me and pushed my EDBH Tech into the corner of the office and started slamming her head into the wall and door she then grabbed her badge and tried to choke her with the badge cord and then grabbed her hair and started pulling. I pulled the panic alarm under the desk. This RN grabbed the patient and attempted to pull her off of [REDACTED]. She was able to force her way out of my grip and punch me in the face mouth and then attempted to escape. I grabbed her shirt trying to stop her when her shirt came off.
