Before the incident
we were moving Large Omnicell machines off of the loading truck
What happened
Moving a large 3 cell Omnicell off of the truck and there was a metal plate between the truck and dock but do the weight of the machine when we pulled the machine the metal plate came with it and rammed into my toe and foot.
