Pushing Stretcher over to acute care

What happened

Patient in 307 had altered mental status rapid response and [REDACTED] notified decision made to transfer patient back to acute but to stop and CT first. Rapid response RN had to respond to another call therefore charge [REDACTED] found a motorized stretcher to complete the transfer. While pushing the stretcher up the incline through the tunnel the motor started malfunctioning and RN had to complete some manual exertion up the incline. On the way to [REDACTED] RN started having jaw and chest pains he completed the transfer and when he got to [REDACTED] his jaw and chest pain was very severe that he alerted the RN to call a code 44.
