Reassembling an Ortho Synthes Low Profile 3.5mm Pelvic Inst Reduction set.

I was placing an instrument back into its original place; however the set 's case is old and falling apart the plastic insulation (meant to be an unbroken coating) caught on the instrument making my hand slip and scratch my left middle finger enough to draw some blood. the set was being returned for bioburden however to the best of my knowledge there was nothing on the end of that specific instrument.
