What happened

I had arrived at work (Parking lot at [REDACTED]). I exited my vehicle and began walking. I don 't know if I tripped over the concrete curb but I fell. Upon getting up I noticed my knuckles on my left hand was bleeding. I felt pain on my left knee and then my right foot. By the time I had reached my work area on the 4th floor (Talent Acquisition Dept) my ankle had already begun to swell and I had a knot on that same side of my right foot. My managers were present ([REDACTED] and [REDACTED]). [REDACTED] went and got me ice to apply. I limped back to my vehicle afteward thinking I would be fine. Here I am almost [REDACTED] and I still have a small knot on my right foot and cannot put my full weight on it. So I thought I had better get it checked out. All along I was thinking it would be fine without medical attention.
