What happened
Operators was working at L2 GPI. Skid of cardboard was empty. Operator moved the empty skid leaning it up against the support beam to their left to access the new skid of cardboard behind it. Once the operator leaned the empty skid against the support beam and turned around the empty skid fell down and struck the operator in the left ankle. The operator had a minor cut on their ankle (not bleeding just ripped skin) swelling and bruising. The operator was unable to put any pressure on their ankle. Operator sought off-site medical attention.
