Reconfiguring the isolette.
What happened
We lifted in a coordinated manner and got the first part onto the ramp. The team quickly lifted and rapidly advanced the isolette up the ramp in a way that wasnt announced or expected. It seemed to catch on something during the initial lift and the people on the sides towards the front lifted the isolette and advanced quickly. Being at the back this change of pace and quick advancement up the ramp caused me to be in an overextended lifting position which caused sudden onset pain and muscle spasm in the middle of my back.
