Before the incident
Associate was at Pod 6 waiting for more replenishment materials. He was asking if he could go get anything from the drop zone to keep the meal bagging table on the move.
What happened
Associate went over to the pallet in drop zone and stepped on the pallet and then lifted two boxes with improper ergonomics and then he went back to table and finished the night. The next day he went to urgent care and they said his temporary hip replacment was faulty and he claims it happened when he picked up those boxes.
