What happened
TM was using his approved safety knife incorrectly. He took the safety housing off the knife exposing the blade and cut himself on the top of his left hand while cutting off the box top of a small lot part. He claims he knew he wasnt supposed to be using the knife in that manner but chose to do it because he said it was quicker.
