What happened
EE had just finished doing their stretches and was getting ready to sit on the stool. She states that the stool may have slipped when she went to sit down but she is not sure what exactly happened. She fell backwards and hit her head and face on the floor. She is stating that she feels pain in her right buttocks the right side of her face and that her ear is ringing. The ambulance was called to come and check the ee out it was in their professional opinion that the ee go and get checked out at an urgent care.
