What happened
Employee was pulling totes off the rack and stacking them next to him to push out of the aisle. He pulled the 5th bin off the top shelf and as he turned his left shoulder popped. When he stacked the bin on the top of his stack his left shoulder popped again. His shoulder began aching and throbbing in pain because of this. He then needed to push the bins out of the aisle to get out of the shelves which made it worse. He is unable to lift his up left arm above his head without it hurting.
